The International Youth Track and Field Championships is sanctioned by USA Track and Field, whose rules require the execution of a participant waiver form. Because of media coverage and event promotion and production, including but not limited to print, television and internet, still photographs and video recording, a separate photo release must also be executed.  ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SUBMIT AN EXECUTED WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO COMPETE IN THE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS.  Click on the above links, print the forms, and turn in the executed forms at packet pick up.
